Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer experience team with your order number and the reason for your return.
Prepare the Item
For smaller items, please repackage them in their original box; for mattresses under trial, there is no need to worry about the original plastic wrap as we handle eco-friendly disposal.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, we will book a convenient courier collection date for larger furniture or provide a prepaid shipping label for smaller accessories.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed and credited back to your account within 5 to 10 business days.
